Net Zero webinar series

Net Zero webinar series
The programme for the Net Zero Home School webinar series is packed with scientists who work on different aspects of climate change

In collaboration with The Guardian, the University of Oxford is hosting a series of five webinars on how the UK can achieve its net zero emissions target. The webinars are free to watch and tailored to a public audience, specifically the “well-informed school-striker”.

Reaching net zero will require drastic reductions in emission of greenhouse gases, in addition to expanding both natural and engineered carbon sinks. Nathalie Seddon, NbSI Director, will be speaking alongside Nora Berrahmouni from the FAO on the role of nature in our pathway to net zero.

The webinars will take place at 17:00-18:30 BST Mon 22nd – Fri 26th June. Register for the event here.
